Get Touched!

Clients understand that in order to be trained effectively, sometimes you have to be touched. Get used to it and see how it can really help your body awareness and your ability to get positions correct. Jim Baker touches his clients and he touches all of us with his smile and wonderful character.




Workout:

How many rounds in 20 minutes of:

5 burpies
10 box jumps
15 ball slams
200M run
